Dear Friends,

With your generous support in 2021, people like Michael and Desiree are no longer suffering on the streets. While this year continued to bring changes due to the pandemic, our responsibility as an organization has not changed. We continue to live by the mantra I’ve been telling our employees through it all—“God is in control.”

At Fort Collins Rescue Mission and Harvest Farm, we work tirelessly to invite people in, provide for their immediate needs and offer them the opportunity to change their lives, all with the love and grace of Jesus Christ in our hearts. Our incredible staff has implemented a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week shelter process for men at Fort Collins Rescue Mission. At Harvest Farm, 46 men graduated from the New Life Program (NLP) and are going into the world as productive, self-sufficient citizens.

Thank you for being in this work with us.

With Gratitude,

Brad Meuli

“I had no money, no property, and I was homeless on the streets.”

“I’ve been homeless. I’ve been addicted. I’ve struggled with anxiety, depression and PTSD. I’ve felt hopeless. I’ve felt unworthy. I’ve apologized for my existence.”

24/7 Shelter

The pandemic brought many changes, and some of them were positive including 24/7 shelter. Many people may assume Fort Collins Rescue Mission is already open all the time. This transition took a giant effort and has opened doors for men experiencing homelessness who do not have to worry about where they will sleep at night, resulting in more men keeping a steady job.
